Position Overview:
As Chief Growth Officer, you will lead revenue strategy, channel development, and market expansion as we transition to a SaaS-first model. You will oversee the creation of a world-class partner ecosystem that drives both direct enterprise sales and indirect growth through channel partners. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in B2B AI automation, partner program design, and high-value enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Leadership – Define and execute multi-year growth plans with ARR/MRR targets, global expansion roadmaps, and vertical market penetration.

  2. Channel Partner Program Development – Recruit, onboard, and manage system integrators, VARs, OEMs, and distributors to accelerate market adoption.

  3. Partner Enablement – Design partner certification programs, co-marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and joint go-to-market strategies.

  4. Market Development – Identify and prioritize high-value verticals (food production, logistics, advanced manufacturing) for both direct and partner-led sales.

  5. AI Product Evangelism – Partner with Product & Engineering to translate AI capabilities into compelling market narratives for partners and end customers.

  6. Revenue Model Innovation – Implement SaaS-based and usage-based pricing models that work for both direct and channel sales.

  7. Enterprise & Partner Relationship Management – Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers and key partner executives.

  8. Partnership Ecosystem Growth – Forge alliances with complementary AI, robotics, and industrial automation companies to expand solution offerings.

  9. Brand & Market Positioning – Drive thought leadership and brand awareness across direct and partner channels.

  10. Data-Driven Decision Making – Implement KPIs and analytics to measure partner performance, deal velocity, and pipeline health.

  11. Investor & Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on fundraising, M&A opportunities, and investor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent executive-level training preferred.

  • 10+ years in senior revenue leadership, including direct experience with channel partner program development and management.

  • Proven success in scaling B2B SaaS businesses in AI, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML commercialization, automation technologies, and digital transformation trends.

  • Demonstrated success building partner ecosystems that drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth.

  • Skilled in co-selling, contract negotiations, and enterprise deal structuring.

  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills for both technical and business audiences.

  • Experience working with boards, investors, and C-level stakeholders.
